MN Multi-State Access to PMP Reports

Interstate Data Sharing

Minnesota Statutes Section 152.126, Subd. 6(h) allows for participation in an interstate PMP data exchange system, which allows permissible users in other states access to MN PMP data. Conversely other states allow MN permissible users access to their data. This is accomplished using a secure method and connections are currently enabled utilizing the PMP InterConnect. Volume of requests for patient history reports received as well as patient requests sent to other states and jurisdictions can be found under Reports and Statistics - Monthly Reports.
