MN PMP SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

1/9/2012

Authorized users of the MN PMP database application will have the ability to:

  • Retrieve your password
    • We all forget our password sooner or later, so we decided to make it more convenient for you to retrieve your password 24 x 7, 365 days a year.  You will find this link once you select “Log in to the RxSentry database” from the MN PMP website.  You must enter the email address you provided during the initial registration process when retrieving your password.  We encourage you to notify us if you have recently changed your preferred email address.  Forms can be found at: Update to RxSentry PMP Account Information

  • Reset your password at anytime
    • Security of the information in the MN PMP database is of the utmost importance; therefore, we have implemented the ability for you to reset/change your password at any time, rather than just once every 60 days.  If you believe your password has been compromised, please make sure you reset/change it immediately.  Resetting you password can be accomplished once you have logged into the MN PMP (RxSentry) database application.

  • Prescriber’s Access to their Prescribing History
    • From time to time, prescribers have asked us to provide them with a report of their prescribing history.  While we have the ability to provide this information, we found that it would be much more useful to the prescriber if they could query the database themselves and for a more finite period of time in order to secure a more manageable report. The prescriber can request information for up to a 12 month period.  This new functionality can be accessed once you, the prescriber, have logged into the MN PMP (RxSentry) database application, and is available 24 x 7, 365 days a year.
