• First time users: You are encouraged to read the RxSentry Query and Reports Tutorial before submitting your first query.

  

ASSISTANCE WITH MN PMP DATABASE PASSWORDS IS NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE

To retrieve a forgotten password, or to change your current password, select "Login to RxSentry PMP Database" from the menu at the left. Then choose from the options provided.

(HID), at 1-866-792-3149 or via email at mnpdm-info@hidinc.com. The Helpdesk is available Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8:00am – 5:00pm CT (Central Time).
