WHAT’S NEW? (SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS)

 

ASSISTANCE WITH MN PMP DATABASE PASSWORDS IS NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE

To retrieve a forgotten password, or to change your current password, select "Login to RxSentry PMP Database" from the menu at the left. Then choose from the options provided.

Additional technical assistance for the MN PMP database is available by contacting our vendor supported Helpdesk, Health Information Designs, Inc. (HID), at 1-866-792-3149 or via email at mnpdm-info@hidinc.com. The Helpdesk is available Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8:00am – 5:00pm CT (Central Time).

• For your convenience, the MN PMP Access Request Forms are now available in “fillable” format. This will allow users to type their information directly onto the forms online; however, no information can be saved into the forms.
• We continue to experience a high volume of requests for access to the PMP. If it has been more than 14 business days since you submitted your request, please contact us via email at: Minnesota.pmp@state.mn.us.
• First time users: You are encouraged to read the RxSentry Query and Reports Tutorial before submitting your first query.
